Stay-C

Winner of Hospital Records' 'Women in Drum & Bass' mentorship programme, Johannesburg's Stay-C is one of South Africa's fastest rising DJs and producers.

Originally discovering D&B through the high-energy sounds of Netsky & Pendulum, Stay-C's obsession with the genre led her to start DJing and creating music of her own, playing alongside artists such as Gerra & Stone, Jam Thieves and Monty.

In 2019 she hosted her first DnB event, Onyx, geared towards cultivating the underground sound of Drum & Bass in Johannesburg.

Stay-C's distinctive blend of mellisonant melodies, hard-hitting drums and rolling basslines has already seen her remix Nu:Logic for Hospital's 25th Anniversary album, with much more to come.

Appearing at huge label events such as Hospitality on the Beach and Hospitality in the Woods, expect to see Stay-C blowing crowds away across the globe very soon.
